Software & Documents

The following updates to DSI-EMIT software are available to customers of Dynamic Sciences International, Inc., under the terms of the License Agreement contained in the operators manual of the receiver. Users of Dynamic Sciences EMIT for Windows can download and install DSI-600 EMIT updates to their existing installation by contacting the factory with a password and user name to gain access.

All TEMPEST or Surveillance software updates users must contact the factory.

New DSI device software is released on a regular basis, but please note that not all countries and operators support the latest version. To find out which software version is available for your receiver please contact the factory. 818-226-6262

• Software update and hardware modification
• Directly traceable calibration in accordance with ANSI/NCSL Z540-1 and MIL-C-45662
• Third party A2LA certification
• Controlled by national accreditation authority (NIST)

Repair

Dynamic Sciences repair services are done in house by our specialized engineers and technicians that understand your equipment from intensive training at our facility. Your products that arrive for maintenance will be repaired should it fail or become broken in any way.

Price of Repair includes the following:

• Repair of the equipment
• Standard DSI Certified Calibration including documentation of the test results
• 90 day service warranty on the entire equipment
• Latest hardware and software updates required for repair
• Pickup and return of the equipment
